Skvělé cvičení pro procvičení rovnováhy a všech kloubů dolních končetin. Horní polovina těla je vzpřímená a uvolněná (trup se nenaklání do stran ani dopředu / dozadu). Klouby dolní končetiny (kyčel, koleno a kotníky) jsou v jedné linii a opírají se přes chodidlo do země, koleno ani pata neuhýbají do stran.
Aikido exercise: sitting to seiza (formal sitting position) and standing from seiza. It is very good for center, body balance, vertical posture, flexibility and power of legs, aligning leg joints. Do it a few times and see for yourself.
Important points:
keep your upper body vertical
move your knees and feet only forward and backward (do not move them to sides)
keep your heel, ankle, knee and hip joints aligned in one line and pushing to the ground
