Much better content than I use to be able to find when I was in college and classes. The rolling is great and I want even shown 1st technique. But overall roll and fall techniques have helped me in many situations to protect myself. I had a very bad bike wreck where I was hit by a large suburban. But do to tuck and roll I ended up holding onto my expensive bike. and rolling over my shoulders. After going over the bars. And I got up with minor scrapes. Had I not known how to fall. I think I would have been in the hospital awhile

(Coming from a 15 year old) Have a great day Sensei! I’m gonna start practicing aikido in about two weeks after summer vacation, I’m gonna practice these rolls so that I’m prepared for aikido training. And I really love how chill and pedagogical you are in your teaching. You’re doing a great job I’ll make sure to try them all out. No matter how painful it might be. As they say no pain no gain. 😂 Greetings from Sweden btw. I wish you were my teacher. You seem to be quite an open person as well as a good hearted one. :)

I like your ukemi tutorials very much. Clear explanation You taught me to do it right way :D Thank you so much! I think, it can be more comfortable, if you enumerate kinds of rolls (that you're teaching) in description under the video.

+Helen Timoshenko Thank you for letting me know! I am very happy to know the video helps. I am also planning to release other videos of same type, with rolls from one knee and others in a progressive way. I hope they will help too ;) The enumeration sounds great! I will do that very soon

Hi, Thanks for writing. Make sure you listen to your body, allow it to move as it wants to move, don't force it and then Aikido will become healing and will actually help your body. Don't allow others to tell you there is only one way to do things (their way) and trust your own judgment and intuition
