Sometimes a tune you've heard a million times, suddenly hits you in a different way, when your train of focus tracks the bassline. Always loved this track.. "Song from the Big Chair" is a brilliant album. A funny little anecdote attached to this one.. I always presumed since the 80's that since they were from Southern England this video was shot on location somewhere close to where these lads are from. As it turns out it was shot on campus at the University of Toronto, a mere couple of blocks away from the hotel I stayed in when I visited. If I'd have known I would've swung by and taken the place in a little.. The 80's had some interesting creativity between the feel of the 60's and 70's sent through a prism of new technology and times in which people dug deep into all the feels. Keep your romantic side alive Aileen!
