@@AileenSenpai "Hypa Hypa" is the most varied and interesting one, from a singing perspective, out of their "big meme songs", if one wants to call them that. "Pump It" and "We got the Moves" are more straight forward and got less clear vocals in them. "Hypa Hypa" has a soft, poppy 90s era "Backstreet Boys" style Boy Band segment in it. Another thing that makes "Hypa Hypa" interesting is that there is a whole album of cover and cooperation versions for it, of which most got their own music video too and most aren't even Metal.

You mentioned you love the sound the of the drums. If you look closely in the video you will notice that the drum kit is build on a treadmill and the drummer is acctually running on the treadmill while drumming.

I've been listening to these for a year now and they're just such a groove. The fact you don't expect to have breakdown after the disco/techno at the beginning just blows you away. They're just as fun live too. The drummer was sick so they just got a mannequin and put him there instead, which was hilarious.

The genre is (unofficially) called "partycore". Hypa Hypa We Got the Moves MC Thunder I and II . Another awesome band in the same vein is We Butter The Bread With Butter (yes, really). Part of the new wave of humorous German metalcore bands. "20kmh" is a good place to start.

I'd definitely recommend "Hypa Hypa". (Should've been the first song really, like it's been for many others at this point, but ofc "Pump It" is the most recent one.) Most people would then recommend "We Got The Moves" (also one of the most recent), but personally I'd love to see more reactions to "MC Thunder" and "MC thunder 2". (perhaps a double in one?)

Welcome to the rabbit hole of EC. After the Pandemic hit us in 2020, they surprised us with the banger of the year "HypaHypa" and the 7 other versions of HypaHypa on their special HypaHypa Edition CD later in the year. Alone this leaves you with a reaction to the original and 6 more videos on their cover with for example a Dancehall version, a country version or a medival metal version of HypaHypa. In 2021 the pandemic was still not over, and they brought our smiles back with "We got the moves" a truely great video and spirit. And at the end of the year 2021 "Pump It" with they apply to the eurivision song contest. If you want to hear a more serious song of them, i can recomment "Hate / Love" that they release between HypaHypa and We got the moves.
