Nicely done. After some tweaking…I have got it feeling perfect for all around driving, racing and drifting. The adjustability is up to standard with what I’m looking for and material choice is great. Aiologs ended up sending me two new selector rods for the bottom after I snapped it into pieces + a detailed video of how to perform the replacement. 10/10 customer service.

But need your advice on moza r12 vs alpha 15nm which is more detail over grass and rally best for rally driving I want the most realisism i can get to rally car. i ve also saw some aesetek la prima migh make my budget but i can get alpha for me with qr 565 or But still saw that moza man with ks wheel looks incredible too for that price. wow hard but i trust your review over anyones on you tube

What is best for pros . I heard the moza r12 now with update is better than dd pro . Just wondering if I should jump on that cause eventually I'd probably want a hand break maybe? I'm upgrading from my little GT-DD Fanatec to a VRS wheel base with the Ascher McLaren Pro with Ascher's 5" dashboard. I like F1 Indy, GT and NASCAR. I really enjoy the VRS pedals too. I have it fixed to a ASR4 chassis out of Canada from Advanced Sim Racing. With the gear i'm moving into is there a sequential model you would recommend ? They all seem to have something worthy and able. This one here looks hard to beat!

@ oktane is surprisingly good for magnetic SQ and for some reason feels better then the MagShift from Heusinkveld 🤷‍♂️ I personally still can’t decide which is my most favorite SQ but my favorite for the price is SG i guess 😃 Hopefully VNM will resolve the problem! I really love the work they do and.

I have an irrational want for this shifter. I have the frex h pattern shifter and love how it feels and the very road car feel of it (it actually has quite a bit of play in it but it doesn't feel like tolerances etc it feels like a selector in a road car). I do wish it had more resistance at times and when racing purpose built race cars it would be nice to have that precision. Must resist haha

So good! Amazing shifter. So when is asetek gonna send you a wheelbase 😉. I finally got to use one and well lets say once you get one in house and you get to adjust etc it's never coming off of my rig. I was maining the ultimate from simagic but man asetek is next level. Reminds me of what you said about vnm details but with a more polished feel. You don't need as many filters so you can literally get so much detail. No rubber band feeling or anything. The most insane experience I've ever had with feeling everything. Its almost as if it made me realize delays other bases have. Which you would never notice before it. I didn't get the hype, now I do!

The BDH is also amazing shifter which i tested recently on the expo and also saw it apart and looked impressive! It also have the advantage of SQ mod which doesn’t feels as great as dedicated SQ shifter but is still an option. However, the Aiologs really feels better to me in shifting and have all those options to play with each axis and tune to my like! I would say they offer close shifting experience with aiologs being able to tune further!

@ it is impossible for those dual modes shifter to have proper SQ! They just have long travel and weak in stiffness! If you tide it bit too much in SQ mod just stick in the slot and doesn’t return. But again, it maybe not perfect but still exists as an option 🤛

I'm using a mix of speakers from different brands and a 7.1 surround receiver. Windows and lot of racing games can use 7.1 and sometimes even more channels. It all depends on the amount of space you have. Logitech has a compact, fairly good system that's made for PC usage. If it's your first surround system, you can't go wrong with any system. If you want to have some customisation, I'd recommend getting a surround receiver and you can mix and match speakers up to your liking. I've made mine with refurbished/used parts, saves some money and audio products can be used easily for 20 years. So no worries if you pick up a used set

The only advantage of the DS-8X is the SQ mode which can be important for you ? If not, the Aiologs in H- shifting is on completely different level. I have them both here and side by side i have no questions which feels better!

@@chepilevski I mainly focus on H shifter cars, but a good sequential mode is welcomed for the touring cars that don´t use paddles and the SHH shifter sequential mode is a bit lacking in both aspects, but the functionality is key. On one hand, having the Simagic one to save up a USB slot on my PC and having the sequential mode is a big pull, but seeing this Aiologs shifter being as godly as it is, makes me question it all, since the next big step is thousands of Euros more. I guess I´ll wait for Black Friday to see if I can get the Simagic one for a great deal, if not, I´ll start budgetting for this one.

I have mounted it with the flat plate to my 40/80 horizontally but as you see on the video, that have little flex but is possible! With the other mounting solution you can mount it vertically and it doesn’t matter if is 40/40 or 40/80

I’ve read some comments from people who have the Aiologs SQ shifter for years and still going on but this is new product and being so strong I don’t know how will wear with the time.

1000R is bit too aggressive curve and visually won’t make much difference for you but it will close the rig a lot and make it difficult to go in! However it will take bit less space overall then 3 flats. IPS technology is great but you have to be sure it has 1 ml/s response time which is important for gaming! VA those days have good colors anyway and I’m happy with mine! Hope that helps for your decision buddy 🤛

The BDH however have SQ mod which is not as good as dedicated SQ shifter but is an option! I also can’t comment which shifter will be more durable as the BDH also looks insane built if you see it apart! Strictly from feeling and adjustments I can take more from the Aiologs 🤛

They sell a very nice sequential shifter as well. As usual, the dual mode shifters often compromise function to meet both modes. Separate shifters cost more and require more space, but give better performance since each can be tailored for the unique purpose.

Dual mode shifters almost always sacrifice performance in one or both modes to give that dual function. The fact that this is the best feeling one to him and only H-Pattern makes perfect sense to me.

That’s true, I never felt satisfied with any of the dual mod shifter in SQ mod. The huge travel is unavailable. But is good compromise if is just for fun that’s for sure 👍

I want the shifter and wanted to review it. But the owner has no clue how to speak to people. I didn’t want it for free I wanted to pay with a discount. His reply with no questions or anything or even asking what my channel was he said I only work work with big channels 😂 so far this is the only channel I’ve seen it on! And has been out over 6months now. I wanted to keep it on rig for daily use. So my thought is fuck aiologs. Especially when night your seq and alway had it in my video before.

Very true. It's not like my government even kinda represents my views. Matter of fact, I am opposed to almost every single thing they do. I can't wait to get this shifter! He's just a blue collar sim guy like me. He obviously isn't at war himself.....I think people need to stop with all the linking one person or entity to everyone around them. Just my thoughts.
