I made angel wings out of clay for my Angel I made. The body was a glass light shade, her head was a clear tree ornament I had glittered up on the inside of the ball. It fits perfectly in the hole that goes over the light bulb. I shaped the clay into wings, spread a bit of glue on the wings, laid it down( head held by something) taped the wings on two ways until it dried ( glue) over night then took the tape so the clay dried completely. Added decorations and sold it at our church bazaar. You are an inspiration for me to try more things with clay. Your pieces were beautiful and I thank you for teaching us how and what to do.

Always get inspired by you! The round one you did could become a great scented piece. Once the clay is dry, rub on a scented oil, don’t paint or top coat it, then use the embroidery thread to decorate!

Welcome Julie. Fab, yes get stuck in to some clay projects, you’ll hopefully enjoy. Yes all clay have to be sealed ideally. I use many different products in all the different videos, it’s down to what you already have at home or personal preference with finish/ease of application/drying time/odour/climate etc. Thank you 😊
