2 lbs raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Rice paper
1 handful of green onions
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
*Instructions:*

Finely chop the shrimp using a sharp knife.
Finely chop the green onions.
2. *Season the Shrimp:*
In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp and green onions.
Add 1 tsp of granulated garlic, 1 tsp of sriracha, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of fish sauce.
Gently mix everything together until well combined.
3. *Prepare the Rice Paper:*
Fill a large bowl with warm water.
Dip a rice paper wrap into the water for about 10-15 seconds until it’s soft and pliable.
Use scissors to cut the rice paper in half.

Take 1 tbsp of the minced shrimp mixture and place it on the halved rice paper.
Wrap the filling by folding the sides and rolling it up tightly.

Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 5 minutes.
Arrange the shrimp wraps in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip them over and cook for another 5 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
