Very cute idea! They can be displayed on a decorative handmade dish for a boho look, an apothecary jar for the academia room, or a large seashell, like a conch, for a seaside vibe. Whatever your home decor style- there’s a place to display these soil free plants!

Hi Bill😊🙌I buy Daiso tiny wire barkets 6/7cm size, and line them with coco mat and zip-tie one inside the basket and some to the outside. They root into the coco mat and turn into a huge clump over time, or years, you can also have the mini baskets hang one-under-the-other to save space🥰👍I use Fish tank dechlorinator in my water to rid the nasty chloride out and that is what harms the plants.

Thanks Bill. I have air plants but I don't display them as nicely as you. I have them outside in the summer. I never know what to do with them in the winter.

I have 2, one red and one green, that sit on a wooden stand on a hunk of petrified wood. Mine are in front of my east window with other plants.

I have some air plants displayed on top of a piece of driftwood, looks quite nice. Then I have two others that hang inside of seashells in my window making them look like sea creatures 😂

@@PlantzNThings the Ottawa river shoreline is a gift for driftwood, challenge is to try not to bring too much back with you! haha

it's an Aglaonema. i think i bought it as a Golden Bay... but when i google it i get images that look nothing like it...lol... the joys of trying to ID a super hybridized family...lol

Air plants do better if you soak for 20 mins then dry them upside down so the water can drain.
