Beautiful song. I have not heard it in so long. I was 20 years old when this song came out. Having our first child. I think that music was so much better back in those days. Now we have five children, and believe it or not two grandchildren. My husband and I have been together for 43 and 1/2 years. Amazing songs like this from the past bring back a rush of memories. Oh man, this song took my breath away when I was a little girl. My parents listened to a lot of soft rock in addition to the music from the '50s and '60s they grew up with, so I was raised on that music, and any time they were listening to soft rock radio and this song came on I slowed my breathing down so I could pay closer attention to it and it... it just sounded so magical to me. Like, it swept me away to a mystical fairy wonderland or something and I was totally into the journey. Now I'm an old woman of 37 and I reminisce about those times, and this song still has that power to captivate me. Wow.

My ex (RIP) used to love Air Supply, and he introduced me to their songs. We even went to see them live at the Greek Theater in L.A. This was maybe mid-90s. What great songs they sing. After our divorce we became best friends, but alas that didn't last long as he passed away in 2006.
