This .30 may end up replacing my Air arms 410 in .22 for hunting. im sure it wont be as smooth of a cycle, but power wise and $$ it looks hard to beat.

This rifle is very ugly but looks like has a good solid barrel and that is important, But for the price it's worth it.

Umarex makes some cool stuff. I just don’t trust their quality control. They can improve the magazines and smooth out the lever pull all they want. If the rifle is going to need constant repair because of your poor quality control I’m not buying it.

I would be inclined to buy one of these, if they put a nice wood stock on it, the way it is IMO, it’s extremely ugly

Does anyone else get bothered with the kids logo "GAUNTLET" on the rifle? It might as well scream Daisy Red Ryder 🥴. I prefer the serious look as stock but if you want to "bedazzle" your own go for it 😅

I have to ask. Does anyone here ever lap there scope rings for Airguns. Not sure if it’s worth the time and money but now I’m in this rabbit hole and I can’t get out, can someone done throw me a rope. My Umarex Origen weaver rail is way off so now I’m second guessing everything

Hey there. Most folks do not lap their rings. Given the limited range of most airguns, measurable benefit would be almost impossible to calculate. I’m most saying that if you had a particularly bad set of rings you wouldn’t benefit, but rather getting better or even adjustable mounts may be a better use of your time. Cheers AGW
