In the 90's the FAA stopped taking Air Traffic controllers from the Air Force with over 4 years of experience. Then hired all the controllers that were fired by Reagan and went on a hiring freeze.

I hope this lawsuit is not a complaint of people who are underqualified and entitled. If they can do the job and excel as a human being, they should get the job. I just to not think that jobs should be handed out because someone is a minority.
