Cleetus came to Utah in January. He was here for the Heavy D camping deal with Whistlin Diesel and friends. He went up to see Mike while he was in town. This groundbreaking ceremony was at the end of February. I was there. Cleetus wasn't.

You need to find *_The BEST hamburger in the country_* , and I don't mean by a vote, you need to go there and try it yourself. Then bring that back and install that burger place in your park. AND, you need to find the best fries too. And I don't mean the fries that came with the best burger because they may not be the best. You need to couple the best fries in the country and the best burgers in the country. Then; You need to have a hot iron stamp of draco to stamp the buns with. This will be a big boost for the Spanish Fork area and might free up some hangar space! It will definitely bring upscale aviation to Utah county with added revenue but yes not for us average aviators. I love what the Mike and Mark are doing and back them 100%. They are amazingly talented and are making aviation history but I would hope in all this high end building they come up with something for the average person to afford and enjoy.

In the last video, you were asking about ideas to improve GA safety. As a software engineer, I feel like there is too much emphasis in aviation on humans performing tasks perfectly. We are all imperfect and make mistakes. On many aviation channels, there is a lot of blame on pilots for not having perfect awareness of every aspect of aviation and performing perfectly in high stress situations. While technology such as autopilot is not perfect, I feel there would be a huge benefit to improving technology in aviation. Examples: Software could point out weather conditions in real time. Autopilot could warn that it is likely having to compensate for icing conditions. All aircraft could have autoland capability. All aircraft could prevent stall/spin inputs at low altitude. While software and technology has failures, it can also be much more reliable than a human if engineered that way.
