- People from your pedestrian are spawning cars when they leave because they don’t have good transport option. Give them a metro station and you’ll see less of it. - Taking more seriously public transport will significantly help your traffic problem. - A runway has a very low capacity. If you build a bigger airport you are spending a lot of money, but can’t use it to its full potential with only one runway. You need a second passenger runway.

The majority of traffic is cargo trucks from what I can tell. But I agree with the public transport. They have a tram stop in therr but no buses or anything else, so a metro would be a good idea for sure

For cargo traffic, I would try adding warehouses near roads less congested and near the train station. It doesn’t change the volume but helps spread it out. Nice call removing intercity trains from your airport. I would look closely at the airport line as it seems you have a really low capacity for how big your airport is. If the wait is too long they take cars which will add to your city traffic. Cheers

A fence around the airport....ik it has been really difficult to build this airport....but the main thing about the airports is the fence...which makes it look like a high security place and it is one of the essence of the airport. Love your videos btw!!!

First placement of the airline museum was best. It worked well with the buildings in the back and you could still see the planes in the front

At 39:00 mins in, with a building burning in the background, fog rolling over and "the last train" departs from the airport just as the horde of zombies come poring in the station, possibly one or a few got in before the train took off. Lol. Or was it just me who witnessed that.

the "buffer" zone sounds like a smart idea. I like the idea of a small park area with walking paths and trees. It would be effective and look great. Maybe make it even a "real park" with entrances all along.

btw idk if you noticed but the stat that showed 25% of seats beeing used was right after you just added a bunch of planes, the next week it said that 100% seats are used so you should deffenetly expand

Im currently studying game design and its the meanest thing they do. You have to make so many game Ideas for different modules but you cant really continue making them, which is annoying because I had so many cool Ideas already. I am at least making a Boardgame now, which originated out of one of those modules from Uni.

From my experience with Paradox games is that they are great, but really come into their own after DLC. They usually are pretty bare bones on launch, Victoria 3 is a great recent example of this

Moving the runway with the move it mod causes issues.... I've watched other creators face a similar problem... that was the reason the airport wasn't working... you can use anarchy and move it mod on the other stuff... just don't use it on the runway... also you should cut down the airport area... like the painted airport area as it costs money per cell... same goes for pedestrian areas as well... Btw luv ur vids❤

Make it so that the taxiways perpendicular to the runway are mostly diagonal especially the ones connecting to the runway so that the planes can smoothly glide off when the land and smoothly turn onto the runway

The reason why terminals are almost always parallel to the runway is because you don't want the planes flying over the terminal buildings like most of the planes are doing at Swords International right now. Its a lot safer in case there are runway excursions while landing and taking off and also the planes are pretty loud so you don't ideally want them flying over the terminal or the noise would be constant and deafening.

The runway for me anyways isnt aiming at any terminal/concourse, its pointing towards the train tracks, planes bank left when they take off though so then they are crossing it but not sure I can avoid this :/

Keen to know what your other idea was. I did Game dev too at design school. Similar situation cept it was a class of 20 that dropped to 10 midway. Lecturer was a chill dude cept he hated any game pitches that featured crafting, survival 😅 Would be nice if the waste plant was underground. For now I'll just pretend it's not there 😅

Reason why airport might not work in if you have Anarchy and your popped one of the stands down and then just gently copy that in place of them down no plans for land at them unicorn airport menu and hand place each one and then you can move them it's a cup of a reason for I do not remember😊😊😊

I doubt you'll see this comment, but there is a bridge in Maryland that is 4.3 miles long, and slopes up. At the highest point it is 186 feet above the water.

Yea i agree the cities 2 graphics look a bit off. Like maybe it looks too realistic? I kind of love the cartoonish look of cities 1 but maybe it’s just because I haven’t adjusted to the new graphics and game style yet
