Aizen still standing at the top of anime Villains, he's just too good, everything about him is peak, and the voice is so good, i recognize this VA from the first word in every show, and it fits him so well too. Gin's monologue about Aizen's ability is also amazing.

"A battle between Soul Reapers is a battle between spiritual pressures" This is true, but you have to be so much higher than the other person to negate their powers, they may be be Captain level, but Aizen is so much higher than Soifon, very few can negate powers, this isn't like early DBZ where a couple more power level points means you win automatically.

It's not that Ichigo was trying to warn them, Aizen was insanely faster than Ichigo perception when he was trying. Hopefully they show more when it comes back in cour 4.

When I first read this in the manga I was pissed at how all the captains were mistreated like this. But then I remembered, back in the SS arc, Aizen stopped Ichigo's Bankai with one finger. He one-shot Hitsugaya and Komamura like they were nothing. Then Gin's words came back to me. Aizen is insanely powerful. Even in his base form he could take any captain without breaking a sweat (except for Yamamoto). Add to that Kyoka Suigetsu, and the fact that all the captains were pretty much exchausted from their previous fights, and this battle was not even a contest to begin with.

In novels it's revealed that kyoka suigetsu needs continuous reactivating and rituals if you don't have Aizen's reiatsu level so it's pretty much a liability if you don't have as much reiatsu as him.

I love the fact you noticed Aizens face impressions. Aizen is "afraid" of very few individuals (possibly 1-2) because he knows he is stronger and smarter than most of them. In this fight even tho he is stronger in raw skills, he needed as u noticed his shikai in the end, in the next fights he is going to need some "cheat" to KO someone and then his ultra cheat hoguoku to cope with some DOPE chars ;). But let me tell you one thing. From now on, all you are gonna see is Aizen's worried face! (Theres nothing better than seeing Aizen's face worried) And of course some admitting that if not for the Hogyoku or some other cheats he would have already lost!( At least in the next 3 fights!) So yeah even tho he is strong, even tho he has a dope sword, he is and will be cornered dont worry! Waiting for you to comment on those things soon when you witness em ;) keep it up, some big guns are about to come fight ;)

He IS kinda still a kid. He is a prodigy specifically because his sword is basically a counterpart to Yamamoto. Well, that, and how easily he progressed as a Shinigami, even achieving a Bankai at such a young age.

@@andrnsyh1997 well, I think there are 3 main reasons why so many people, including myself, like him so much. 1. While his character has his faults, such as arrogance, occasional immaturity and being quick to anger, he does genuinely try to live up to the expectations people place on him, which is quite a big burden when so many see him as "the next Yamamoto". And as a result of his efforts to be professional and fulfil his duties, surprisingly he does fit right in with the other captains. 2. What he did during the TYBW arc, especially during his time as a zombie, was VERY impressive. It pretty much showed EXACTLY why he was called a prodigy and that those were not just empty words. Lost Bankai? No problem, literally improved his Shikai until it was close to enough to his lost Bankai through technique alone. As a zombie we got to see what he would be like if his immaturity and emotions didn't hold him back. Zombie Toshiro fucked shit up left and right effortlessly. And then there is his perfomance against The Miracle, which pretty much gave those who already liked him EXACTLY what they wanted, to see what his true power is like. 3. The fact that from the very beginning he is established as "next Yamamoto" is already appealing enough for many people to be invested into watching his character growth and it pretty much guaranteed that at some point there will be a big payoff on this investment which, as already stated above, happened during TYBW arc.

Even though it was epic how aizen dealt with all of them I still wish toshiro kept going like his rage was so high he didnt feel any damage and kept going after aizen until he was fcked up completely or if that first slice didnt work like aizen tries it but it just doesnt cut like how ichigo couldnt cut kenpachi. Also imho ichigo being here and not seeing them fight hinamori feels weird cuz why wouldnt he say something earlier. Hinamoris why to toshiro was crazy good.

maybe ichigo doesn't know him, coz i've never seeing ichigo meet face to face to hinamori except filler arc(maybe). in soul society fight to every lieutenant in execution place, hinamori in different place to ichigo. maybe this way ichigo doesn't know hinamori always under control aizen, after he's really meet face to face. atleast at the moments aizen stabs halibel, aizen pull out his zanpakutou and used kyoukasuigetsu.

Perhaps Ichigo was seeing them fight Hinamori, but due to Kyokasuigetsu, the others couldn’t hear, see, or feel Ichigo trying to get them to stop. I’d like to see from Ichigo’s POV what happened…

I don't know why everyone misses this, Ichigo was probably trying to alert the captain for the entire fight, but they couldn't hear him since they were already under Kyoka Suigetsu. Only when he release the hypnosis they hear him and see Hinamori.

I love this part, but it should have been done before Ichigo got there. With him there it doesn't work. When did Aizen and Hinamori switch places? Not before Ichigo got there. So how could Aizen switch places with her while she's inside a barrier as Ichigo did what? Just stand there and not do anything? When could he make the switch? Right before Hitsugaya stabbed him? How? Just bypass the barrier, grab hinamori, put her in his place and go back down to pretend to be her. As Ichigo does nothing. Great twist, but Ichigo should have came right after it.
