It's careless, it's horrible, it's unnecessary, it's inhumane, it is a crime. But one thing it is not... A genocide. It's not a systematic cleansing of a complete ethnic group from an area, or the whole world, because of their ethnicity. And by using and repeating this false categorization, a lot of people will not take this serious, because now they believe everything is blown out of proportion. If you scream false definitions at people, who are already critical (for whatever reason, not always does it come from a bad place), you will not win them over. But we want them to look deeper and confront the facts. Since they know, that over 2 million Palestinians live in Israel and have the Israeli citizenship, dropping the term genocide on their head feels to them like you are trying to dupe them with lies. There are enough powerful words, that factually describe what is happening. It's constant war crimes, it's cold-hearted and carefree murders of civilians, it's the bombing and burning of children and it's vengeance and revenge by cruel soldiers committing private cruelties against humanity, it's torture of many innocent and unarmed inhabitants.

MI is a swing state and thus one of the few that will decide the election, yet Kamala has refused to even meet with the representatives from the Uncommitted movement.
