A bit of misinfo on the dash if you use the dash macro to dash it depends how long you hold it for the distance of the dash and you can hold forward if you dash traditionally

Aka what do you do when they FD though? I'm sometimes not sure what to do if they FD: -cS (Often 2S will whiff one or even both hits) -Dash 5K -236K

if theyre fd-ing, go for throw. or if they stick buttons out whiff punish when ur spaced out

i just started playing and this was really helpfull, i just got some wins just by starting to dash in and out of range, i'll be sure to practice those combos, maybe one day i'll do them

It's almost a completely different game after the patch... Nothing worked anymore almost and I was so sad and didn't want to spend time again learning everything from the beginning because I already spent 300 hours before the patch and time is something precious when you're getting older it seems so I dropped the game for good. Do you have specific setups for the 2k whiff punish spacing or do you just get a feel for it? In the video the dash before c.S seemed to leave you too close, but it worked when you didn't dash first.

At like 9:30 when you do a dash-> blocked cS-> dash ->5k->cS->far S, Ive gotten down the timing for the 5k into close S but im always too far away to do a close S after the 5k connects. Is there a trick or delay on inputting it?

I feel like a lot of the time 2k into 6p into sepultura gets counter hit after the 2k because the 6p whiffs on some low profiles, am I just not getting good dash momentum? or is it actually mashable in that instance?

2k 6p I think only works if they are close enough to you on the 2k hit, if they are at the end of it the 6p won't connect

Realisticly though it should not be a problem if you are dash 2k'ing bc you will have momentum

Look up fighting game notation. The numbers refer to the position of the control stick. K is the kick button
