No worries on seeming like your flexing because if I had an opportunity to do something like this I would jump on it too. Especially since the flight to Ireland is so long you might as well kick back and treat yourself because flights get so uncomfortable after a while. When I went to Ireland it was a 15 hour flight for me and I was on a class trip in economy but luckily I took Dramamine so I didn't get air sick and it knocked me out cold for the entire flight there so it felt like time flew by I closed my eyes and opened them and I was there. Took off, then the 5 course meal comes out. Then I laid the seat flat and went to sleep for a few hours. I woke up, watched a movie and ordered some a la carte food. Then went back to sleep. Woke up, watched another movie, had another snack and we landed. What we didn't take advantage of is we could have called JAL 48 hours in advance and they would have had a limo take us from the airport to our hotel.
