you forgot to mention 6 additional 533 mm tubes on top of tke 4+4. The additional 6 533mm tubes alre to be loaded in port only (cannot be reloaded from inside) and are available on the improved project 971

I think you meant Viktor IV, because Viktor III is actually exist as Akula predecessor. The Akula are build using technology from titanium hull Alfa & Sierra class but with steel construction similar to Victor class

Hydrodynamics and the bow planes do not require a large sail. Probably easier to maneuver under ice also.
