@@yaburu Early seasons id agree, but recent ones, they seem to do their due diligence to be as canon as possible. They don’t use the MCU and instead use the main line comics and other storylines closely related. For Alucard, they made sure he couldn’t use both the restraint level 0 and schrodingers ability since they canonically cancel eachother out. They make mistakes for sure, especially with how far reaching and ridiculous the history of some characters are, and I don’t always agree with the verdicts, or at least not the way they present the victory in the battle (Ben v G Lantern. I agree with the result but that victory animation was garbage), but the recent seasons don’t seem to rarely stray from canon, especially highlighted in the Mario v Sonic rematch.

Honestly, I'm hoping Akuma takes it. He's by far the better character, has an arsenal seemingly dedicated to destroying a soul-based fighting style like Shao Kahn's (the Shun Goku Satsu, especially) and goes right for the kill instead of blustering, so I think he's more than likely got the upper hand.

While Bison might've fallen to Shao Khan Akuma is a different beast. Main difference is Akuma's powers aren't soul based, meaning Shao Khan can't absorb them and the Raging Demon in theory could finish him off it it connects, plus Akuma has way more fire power than Bison ever had, so this one is tough to call. And that's assuming Oni isn't included.

While I am more of a MortalKombat fan, I know Akuma will win. And I also just realized something. Iron Fist vs Po, Steven vs Star, Macho Man vs Kool Aid Man, Alucard vs DIO, Akuma vs Shao Kahn, and Aizen vs Madara are all community posts death battles, which makes up for most of season 8. With that said, this means Korra is going Rey Skywalker, and I know Rey will win, and the season 8 finale will be Galactus vs Unicron, and I voting for Unicron because you’ll be surprised by his analysis. Sorry Delsin Rowe fans, I know you all want Delsin to fight Korra but I don’t think that’s happening. If you ask me, he should fight Galen Marek in a death battle.

While Korra has the experience advantage and her avatar state is powerful, but Rey has way more advantages to defeat Korra. Korra might have been trained all her life but Rey has fought Kylo Ren and beat him in his first fight, and Ren has more combat experience than Rey and once block a strike from Luke Skywalker, who fought the light speed reacting magnagaurds and his dad, who fought the nanosecond reacting Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi. Also, since Rey and Ren’s force bond evolved into force dyad, which means they become one, which means Rey and Ren share the same force abilities like force lightning, force choke, force stasis, tutaminus, force barrier, force rage, mind reading, etc. Since Rey has the same force powers as Ren, Rey has several ways of protecting herself and killing Korra. Rey could use force choke and force lightning to kill her or crush her organs or even use force stasis to freeze Korra in place, which can also prevent Korra from metal bending her lightsaber, and kill her with her lightsaber or other lethal for techniques. I would also like to point out that Rey’s Jedi spirit summoning abilities is way more stronger than Korra’s avatar, because Korra at her strongest can spirit bend the spirit cannon, which has a force of 90 megatons of TNT, because during her fight with her uncle Unalaq, she lost her connection to her past lives and no longer access their abilities and raw power, so she can’t redirect Rey’s force lightning or be as powerful as Szeto and Kyoshi. Avatar Szeto use the avatar state to make 4 volcanoes erupt, which requires 81 gigatons of TNT, that more than twice as powerful as most powerful volcano eruption known to man, Mount Tambora, which yielded a blast worth about 33 gigatons of TNT. As for Avatar Kyoshi’s island moving feat, who also used the avatar state, Kyoshi must have exerted about 3 teratons of TNT. So even if we give Korra her connection to her past lives, or take away Rey’s ability to call upon Jedi spirits, or both, the victor would change because Rey’s base power and skills trumped any avatar. Also their have only been 182 avatars in the past 10,000 years and only one can be avatar in the avatar series, while in the Star Wars series, anyone can be a Jedi and their have been billions of Jedi for the past 25,000 years. And one last thing, Korra’s bending abilities are limited to her environment, while Rey’s force powers is limitless, no matter the environment, so Rey can use force healing wherever while Korra’s is limited to her supply of water. Korra might be a skilled fighter, but she was no matched for Rey’s Strength, Speed, Force capability, and Jedi spirit summoning power. Korra’s chances of winning the fight were Avatar-nished and Rey Skywalked away from the battle as the winner. The winner is Rey Skywalker.

Akuma is going to wreck Shao Kahn. Shao Kahn loves to taunt during a fight, giving his opponents a free hit. Akuma talks with his fists. He also is apparently getting his Oni form, which is insanely powerful, by most fighting game standards. Unlike most other fighting characters, Akuma is always going for the kill. Plus, as evident from his fight with Shang Tsung, he can destroy souls with ShunGokuSatsu.
