I used to stay up at night drawing the layout, coming up with logos and designing them. We have a decent pool of clients who constantly show up and strive to get stronger and better. And you're right, all the agony at the start is nothing but a footnote. Harlie C If mommy and daddy were extracted by a ufo you/they would survive. They would adapt and survive causing personal growth and a increase in confidence, self esteem and motivation ie growing and turning into a adult. There are males and there men.

Hela of a video and an eye opening to those that want to open a gym. You will never understand the struggle unless you have done it. Checking in from Iron Wolf Fitness in Chicago IL. Always a supporter of this KZbin channel.

Well done Alan - ppl think its a field of roses - Im almost 7 years in, started to make money, covid came and trying to survive atm. I hope lots of business owners watch this and feel they are not alone - and keep pushing. Wish I could help others but then I think of all my members that has a place to go to each and every day and I pretty much work for free almost 1 year now - so I hope someone see that and appreciate it. Being and entrepreneur is a rollercoaster - when you finalky make it - incoming tornado of shit. Anyways - Stay positive and I hooe I see more vids in the future and all the happy members you changes the lives of

A lot of this advice is extremely valid and I wished I had heard it, or maybe more so, paid attention to the similar things people said to me. I'm just over a year into owning my gym/PT studio in Melbourne, Australia and its been a crazy struggle, some days I love it, some days I hate it and wanna pack it all up. I pretty much live off rice and struggle to scrape together rent. As much as it suck to hear that it took almost two years for you to see the real light it gives me hope. Thank you for this video and all the others like it that you do.

I think that just became my favorite video! Awesome info...thanks for serving (I did 26+ in the Navy), for being honest, and for never giving up! Like that saying, "Tough times don't last, tough people do!" I hope the past six years is just the beginning and all the BEST in the future!

Thank you so much for just sharing the nuts and bolts of how you did it man, nobody answers these questions straight these days and I never had anyone teach me how to build for myself and get ahead and life. Thank you so much, I'm gonna start contributing to you when I can afford it, appreciate you man, you're good people.
