Well actually, the Phoenix King and Everqueen’s mariage is formal before anything else. They are free to take consorts, but only the child born of the union between the two monarchs can be the next Everqueen.

Being a graybeard at 53 amd buying the 1st edition ruleset in 1983 I beleive the year was (we used colored Risk pieces because at 15 not affording miniatures) The first edition had almost zero in lore. That would change edition by edition. I just stumbled on these today. Watched one. Gladly will support this. Great narration and keeps the flavor of the world nice. Give me some new stuff to watch awaiting past TWWH2 DLC and of course WH3. Great storytelling I commend.

Morathi was watching the Battle of Finuval Plains in her crystal ball, when Poisonblade was about to kill Tyrion she saw that he looked like a copy of Aenerion she panicked and used her magic so that Poisonblade's strike would bounce

8th edition retcon of previous lore, 8th edition lore additions are mostly trash and gave way to the even worse trash of the end times. No wonder it wasn't mentioned, it is one of those things that lessen the warhammer world as a whole.

To be honest alarielle and the ever queens are really cool but I still like teclis better because hes honestly just the better mage alarielle is powerful and no doubt strong enough to take out somone like kairos but one major weakness is her connection to ulthuan if it gets invaded shes starts to weaken but I have no doubt she is one the strongest elf characters but teclis is just more powerful in terms of raw magical power

During the End Time, Alarielle took the power of a dying Ariel to accomplish Teclis' plan of binding the 8 Winds to 8 Incarnates to replace the Vortex and eventually defeat Archaon. It backfired with Manfred's betrayal and the Warhammer world was destroyed. When the Winds turned to the Mortal Realms, Alarielle was brought back by Ghyran and became the Goddess of Life in Sigmar's new Pantheon, where she nurtured the Sylvaneth. Eventually, Chaos came back and Alarielle fought the invasion of Ghyran by Nurgle. Long story short, the Wood Elves saw the tide turn in Chaos' favour and followed Sigmar to the Realm of Azyr when he chose to prepare the counter attack. Alarielle and the Sylvaneth took it personnally and were eventually forced to hide before Nurgle's onslaught. When the Age of Sigmar came, Sigmar send his Stormcast Eternal to Ghyran, seeking the Everqueen to help him. In doing so, they lead Nurgle to her hiding place and she is killed. Although, being a God of the Realm comes with a few avdvantages. Such as being eventually returned by a Sylvaneth ritual, protected by the now seeking redemption Stormcasts. They returned Alarielle to her war aspect and now she leads the people of Ghyran to take the Realm back.

Basically, GW wanted to crash Fantasy into the ground because they were salty that Storm of Chaos didn't let them, so they sidestepped the fans, wrote a retcon/character assassinating piece of garbage called "End Times", and from that conjured up the joke we now call "AoS". Storm of Chaos will always be the canon.

You did not mention the elite Wood Elf special forces sent through he world roots from Atheloren , that distracted the Demons , allowing the Everqueen to move away, at cost of most of their lives. p.s.
