Great video!, I have a vista 15P with the 6150, the 2 exit doors when open say 05.There is no exit/entry delay on either or anything else. I need help programing the delays on the 6150.I only have 1 good working hand so I am a little slow at the keypadThanks for all your help!!

good video. would you know of a product that I can install foe 2 way voice. I have installed the evl-4 communicator. I also have voip from an obi-110. do I have any options where I can listen in when alarm or emergency or distress alarm occurs.

I've currently got 7 wireless sensors on my Vista 15P system and want to add 6 more. Are there enough open wireless slots to do that? How do I check to see what zones have been allocated to my existing sensors, so that I don't assign a new sensor to a zone that is already occupied?

Just installed second 61/64 keypad on same bus as 1st keypad. 1st keypad address was 16 .... should the new 2nd keypad be addressed the same or 17 or something- FYI it’s not working

Dear Friend.I have vista 120 and the house is separate in 5 partition.When arming the partitions separately 1 or 2 etc , the exit delay beeps do not always make sound even if the system starts to arm.Why is that? Why sometimes is arming in silent? All partitions should make exit beeps always and not sometimes.....What do you think??

Thanks for the video. But it's not going anywhere for me. I pressed 1 & 3, then inputted 1 & 6, pressed * and the display goes blank after that and I can't proceed to the next step of putting in the installer code. So now what do I do?

Hi, my HONEYWELL VISTA 20P alarm panel is reading "FC 100". I want to use my door chime but I am not using any monitoring system. Is there anyway to clear the FC100 error and use the alarm as a door chime only? Thank you.

my system has issued 3 false fire alerts today, more than minutes apart. each alert has a LOUD voice message "FIRE" and beeping that lasts less than 10 seconds. obviously, there is no fire. what is the procedure to diagnose which sensor(s) is a fault and how to correct? also, is there a way to control the alarm volume- its way too loud?

My question is, could a bad main vista 20 p alarm panel that is connected to a 4219 zone expander give me an open circuit on the keypad? The wire between the expanded and main panel is good.

It's possible, but most times when we see the Open CKT being displayed on the keypad it is because of a bad wire or wire that has snapped inside the wiring sheath or simply that the wires are not hooked to the proper terminals. I would replace the wire between your keypad and the 4219

I configured Zone3 for a motion sensor, Zn ZT P RC HW: RT: 03 04 1 10 NC 1 But the panel shows Fautl in this zone, I have a resistor on the sensor, I was told it was needed. Is it really necesary?? What can I do??

You could add the following device to the system and get that capabilty. It's called the Envisalink 4 and it's made by a company called Eyez-On - www.alarmsystemstore.com/products/envisalink-4-ip-communicator-security-interface-module

Is it possible to add a time delay to every zone, not just delay entry, I want to monitor five or six doors, when they are opened I want it to be delayed for X amount of time before the vista sees it, is this possible?

It is possible to add a delay to the doors like you mentioned. The Vista system has an entery delay 1 and entry delay 2. The reason for this is that you can set a different duration for each delay. You could just make all doors like you were telling about entry delay 1. And if you set entry delay 1 to be 30 seconds in programming then all of those five or six doors would have a 30 second delay when they were opened

that means they are like 2 different systems but all on 1 system it also means you can for example have a partition on your basement that means you can arm your basement from your main system but still have the main one disarmed or both

Well, there's a few ways to program those keys. What exactly do you want them to do? They can be used as all panic keys or you can assign one button arming to a few of them. Unfortunately you cannot do both at the same time

the installer code is rong. if you want to program the system you have to pouer cycle the panel. when the panel boots up run to the nearest keypad before 50 seconds expires when you give power to the panel. press star and pound to get into programing.
