how do you reset everthing to the default? I moved into a house that already had this unit. The kids of the former owner only had a subcode and not the master code. It and the installer code had been changed to something else.

Corey Boyette yes I can’t 100% remember what I found but i know I had to unplug the unit and take the battery backup out. Then when you plug it in you have like 30 seconds to enter a setup mode that reset everything. If I can find the site where I got my info I’ll post it.

@@b2daisa unplug the battery and the power, then leave the battery unplugged but plug in the power. Within 50 seconds, hold # and * at the same time. Hope this helps.

Man I really need the information in these videos and I can tell that you have it but the audio is just horrible. I see so many comments about it not just on your videos but comments about how bad the audio is on your videos on other videos, why haven't you guys done anything about this? I'm just finding these videos now and these comments about the audio are from years ago

I totally agree with you. It's unfortunate that the guys shooting and editing are alarm guys and not at all versed in doing these or editing. We did try a few different mics and still had issues, maybe with the room setup. Anyway, the vid editor claimed he could clean it up and obviously did not. We do have the issue resolved now, but have not had the time to reshoot these. It is in the plans though.
