The moon God gave us for our light at night. What a beautiful sight!!!!!!! ……and the gorgeous sunset!!!!! Loved the new husband stamping out the way for his new bride. A great picture of his love for her and how Jesus guides our steps, each and every day. One day soon all your hard work will show us your new home and you will look around and say to yourself “ did we do this??? how did we do this???”” The answer- Perseverance and hard work, led by the hand of God. I have done 5 houses of trim and doors all by myself after work and weekends. My husband was a farmer/carpenter and my job was always the trim along with making all the trips to town whenever he needed something which was often. I worked fulltime and we had 4 children to raise. I swear it took 5 years off my life! LOL!

Your home is coming along absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship that is going into it is something that is not seen very much in todays homes so much is mass produced. The love and attention to detail in every area of that amazing home is a credit to each and every one of you. Joas yourself and the boys are to be commended in particular for what you three set out to do from the beginning. It has bought me such joy watching the children all grow up so much since arriving in Alaska.

It's such a different mindset, working together from early childhood as a family, with no or little technology that tends so often to take its place of family time or the whole family pulled into all different directions, parents to different jobs and children to schools, everyone on the run 24/7 instead of learning & working at home.( how I think it was originally meant to be)

My husband and I went to Maine and we were on the Golden Road after leaving Baxter State Park and saw a moose and her two babies. They were in a bog, and when they walk, they move so gracefully. I loved watching them, from a distance. I love your videos of the house and when you show nature shots. 😊

I love watching your content, I am an electrician and seen some issues that may produce problems down the road. When doing your devices, make sure no insulation get under the screw. This could produce poor contact and hot spots, or worse arching. Strip back about an inch, then grab the tip to roll. This should ensure no insulation is getting the screw
