No housing .Health care system failed They have a 5 year wait list to get a family doctor . average wait time at hospitals emergency around 20 hours 10 % of the country are at food banks every week . tent encampments in every town .homeless people begging for change everywhere . Government spending billions to house and feed migrants and failing to provide basic services for its citizens. Its time to shut the borders for a while until we catch up with services and stop the university loopholes that allow migrants easy entry into the country.

It is not reasonable for businessmen to demand that the Australian community share the very real costs of immigration so that they can make bigger profits. Immigration causes congestion in the streets. Migrants compete with Australians for the services of our Australian trained people. They contribute to the need for still more infrastructure that everyone will have to pay for, not just the latecomers who make it necessary. If you can't get baristas, chefs etc. then pay better or close down. There is no such thing as a labour shortage.

We need a referendum-centered form of governance. Every 3 months there is a vote on multiple policy propositions and everyone gets to vote. Being able to vote on the immigration intake would radically change the status quo. Most policies that are in place are massively unpopular with the electorate. When was the last time we saw a dam built in Australia. Our hospital systems are broken and a few minutes ago, I asked a local shop attendant re whether the Queensland Health system is broken. Yes was her answer and having to wait x number of days for a hospital bed in a Emergency Department clearly should be sounding the alarm bells. Even getting a specialist to see a impatient is extremely difficult and one senior doctor said in response to a question from me; what does it take to get the person seen to?? She said "one has to be coughing up blood". I will never forgive the ALP for the wrecking of Australia, where once we were a happy go lucky country but today, pressure living. I also feel for those Australians who through this pathetic policy of mass populating Australia, have been forced to sleep under or beside the South East Freeway here in Brisbane, or Anzac Avenue/Deception Bay roads but more importantly, the Queensland Premier's own electorate. Perhaps it's time for "WAKE UP AUSTRALIA".

This government hates its citizens. 40 years ago, it could've been investing in massive infrastructure projects instead of allowing their real estate buddies free reign. 50,000 apartment blocks do little for the millions who have to travel for an hour longer. Imagine a road which is 1 hour shorter in length and 2 million a year is quite low compared to some roads. It would make things cheaper, less wear on cars, less fuel, and time saved. I do not consider anyone who came after 1980 a citizen nor their children.

I am an Indian and wants to ask you a question. I understand that a lot of people from my country, who are unskilled and not worthy of Aussie PR, are going there by misusing the visa system to stay there forever (a lot of these are Punjabis and Haryanvis which I hate). Isn't that Aussie government's fault? They are the ones keeping this insanity going on. Why don't they just ban these two states? Why should honest indians like me suffer because of them?
