Prime Minister Anthony Albanese seems to think a conversation with Bill Gates and selfies with his dog are more important than people in Alice Springs “fighting a war they can’t possibly win”, 2GB and 4BC radio broadcaster Ray Hadley says.
He said no questions were posed to Mr Albanese on the situation in Alice Springs on TV interviews this morning.
“One of the things said by a businessman to me today was - let the Prime Minister go out and talk to the Indigenous people, the elders, who have got the red sand between their toes, in other words they live in those conditions,” Mr Hadley told Sky News host Paul Murray.
“But the Prime Minister wants to ponce on about the Voice.”

All right let's put aside the Political Correctness of Cultural Marxism about the violence of Aborigines in Alice Springs and follow the background of how aborigines moved from the cattle stations to the streets of Alice Springs. Until 1968-69 many, many aborigines lived on cattle stations where they worked as cheap labour. It was not that station owners refused to give them equal pay it was that they could not afford to pay large numbers of aborigines the same as relatively few white employees.. Bear in mind that whole families of aborigines, not just their stockmen breadwinners lived on these cattle stations. When equal wages were granted to aborigine stockmen the station owners could no longer afford them and the families moved into the towns. My point in that relatively few aborigines were to be found in ' a town like Alice' before then. There were no jobs for them and they were unskilled anyway. Oh and it was not until 1964 -1967 (depending on Territory or State) that aborigines were granted the right to drink liquor. Do you see how the increase of personal responsibility - via increased wages and the right to spend earnings are coming together here. Full blood aborigines have an average I.Q score of 62 points. Now the Australian Government spends twice per head on aborigines that on the rest of us. But we can't force their kids to go to school and make the adults stay off the grog. And now each-way Trotskyite Albo has removed restrictions on aborigines buying alcohol; crime shot up Domestic violence shot back, and sexual abuse of kids has re-intensified. For God's sake; 6 year olds with STDs. All of this in the Marxist aim of letting these kids 'retain contact with their culture'. Aborigine kids clinging to the legs of Government caregivers and sobbing and begging not to be sent back to their parents is a criminal example of the fate of powerless children. OK, but whatever the 'ins and outs' ordinary people have a right to be safe in the person and property. One solution for Alice Springs is the Boot Camp idea where these kids are taken off the street and given some discipline. (Not to mention three square meals a day , medical attention...and no doubt, a good hot bath) After that they can go to training camps to learn skills, and after that we'll see. Of course that would mean 'stolen generations' and 'racism' wouldn't it. Reason? Go back to line one of my comment.

How stupid are our leaders. Go back to the beginning, consider how the past has affected communities around Australia in particular indigenous communities and heal the trauma. Education and social support is the only way to go. Break the cycle and grow the next generation just as it should have been 200 years. Bombard the communities with educators…two teachers, 2 assistants per class of 30, community police in all schools, social workers in all schools, psychologists in all school, parenting support in all communities and school.
