The last one was not correct. The name of Scotland in Gaelic language is Albania too. There is no connection between these three Balkan, Caucausia , Scottland Albanias. And Albania in English is Albania but in Albanian is SHQIPERIA or ARBERIA.

You mean "love northern Epirus" As for the locals, look at any demographic map of the region or visit it yourself. Everyone is Albanian, majority Orthodox Albanian, but Albanian nonetheless.
