The Krafts should have brought in a mentor to help Mayo partway through the season. Maybe a Bruce Arians or a Frank Reich or a Ron Rivera to act as an assistant for Mayo. Not someone to take over but someone to give Mayo a seasoned, non-Belichick perspective.

its more about ownership - gm... ohhh" i want to go there because we have a very young talented qb"... there is more than that... jaguars ownership is very questionable... soooooo, if its not the bears... surprise one, Saints. the offense got so many things to like. solid veteran oline. kamara and miller, olave and shaheed, ...and mostly Taysom Hill! if he could make jared goff an elite qb, he could make it as well for derek carr.

Breer accusing the environment of being “toxic” in New England because fans are upset about a front office that hasn’t been able to draft for 5 years. An owner who doesn’t spend. And coaches that regressed every phase of the same team if the year before. Cmon Breer fans have a right to be up in arms. Especially with the 6th most valuable franchise in the world. Boston is a huge sports market, Go to a smaller market if you want 5-10 years to build a winner.
