His talent to roll with the energy and offer great advice while keeping out of their way is incredible. Definitely agree with the other commenters that he's just as critical a piece of the equation. I know maybe it would be too risky a move to mess with the formula, but Jessica Burdeaux is also extremely talented and jives well with their vibe, I'm hoping they get her in for one of these as well sometime.

@@yackerist there are file corrupting tools and then you could just try and repair the file you just purposely corrupted with a repair tool or what you could do is export your footage as a png sequence and just go through the frame by frame breakdown deleting chunks and like grabbing frames and moving them around would give you a pretty similar effect to the footage being corrupted then barely repaired but who got the time for that, you could go the extra mile and delete most the frames that aren't as action oriented like the ones where you're more calm like mouth is closed or eyes are closed and your face is resting and have mainly frames where your face is doing stuff, like your eyes are open and mouth is open and then the jumps would be even more jittery and action filled from all the missing slow bits would give you a creepy stop motion corrupted jittery effect

Tracking audio for both rooms and having multi camera feeds for 12 hours is on another level. Then having tech issues while still recording, going and grabbing another hd 4 k camera is what this industry is all about. I hope everyone on this team is getting paid well. These sessions are what art is. Down to the guy in post editing all that chaotic footage together. 12 hours of 4k is a butt ton of footage. Respect on all fronts.

My favourite event of the year. The intercutting between Andrew writing a tender song on ukelele about his daughter, compared to the heavy 7-string metal with Rob singing 'It's Halloweeeeen' particularly made me laugh. You're for sure not lacking a diversity of sound in the band ahaha
