I drank at least a 6 pack for about 15 years everyday, I quit through drinking non-alcoholic beer. Just replace your regular beer with a non-alcoholic. You'll be surprised, you can still have a good time at a party without ingesting alcohol. I used to drink and watch TV, like that was my relaxing thing I did everyday after 6pm.
