First playoff game I ever went to. We sat in the upper deck, so high up we were below the overhang, the only few rows in the stadium not getting snowed on. My wife was pregnant. Of course the game went 5+ hours.

Stanton and judge are NOT clutch... and are slow healers. A rod is durable and came up big in 2009.

There was literally zero reason for aybar to throw to second. It was a difficult play, there was never a chance at turning 2 with melky speed. He was running towards first, and it was first and second 1 out. With nobody out I get it, but still stupid. The only way you throw to second there is with 1st and 3rd 1 out. He effectively lost the game. He throws to 1st, it’s 2nd 3rd 2 outs.. need a hit.

That wasn't Erick Aybar. It was Maicer Izturis who made the difficult and unnecessary throw to Erick Aybar at second.
