Back in the day Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu had a very limited leg lock game, it was guys like Dean Lister and Erik Paulson in the late ‘90s - early ‘00s that incorporated Sambo, Shooto and Catch Wrestling leg locks into Modern Jiu-Jitsu.

I love Dean, been a big fan of his since 2003. Guy is ahead of the curve with most of his ground game. I hope his injuries can heal up and he get have a few more matches before he retires for good. I took classes from him in 2009, and I still use the techniques he taught that day.

It was always in groups or pairs when I had problems, like most bullies! I can tell the experience made you stronger, I think we are blessed that this happened to us. It can happen to any culture or any race, it’s how we react that’s most important imo.

Just another dorky guy talking smack and smearing Seagal. Unfortunately there's alot of those idiots. One of Seagal's specialties are wrist locks. Not only did Seagal brake Sean Connery's wrist, he almost broke Luke Rockhold's wrist, so I don't understand the whole Seagal is a fraud thing, Rockhold is an actual ((fighter)) and said don't let Seagal get ahold of your wrist. I mean do people think Rockhold was payed to say that or something? No, plus, other ((fighters)) like DC, Anderson Silva and Machida have had personal interactions and training with Seagal. All of them had nothing but respect and don't you think one or more of them would've came out and called Seagal out on his teachings if they thought he was a fraud??.
