I'm a little late, but. Bloody hell he's good. Now I read he's passed away, absolute tragedy. God rest his soul.

No tension in his playing. Beautiful sound. Amazing dexterity. A joy to watch and listen to. So sad he had a heart attack too young whilst touring in Mexico. God bless him.

No wonder the Creator took this musical genius at a young age. Why waste the great talent on this wretched world? Bring it to heaven for the glory of God!

I've just realised that listening to this, I am weeping. A mixture of joy at his playing and sadness that he died prematurely. I've only just discovered his work.

It’s as if this man is a musical savant, words cannot describe the feeling that he imparts through his musical genius. Rest in peace Alexander, you touched so many with your music _Jim

A wonderful artist who died too young! He will be missed all over the world of music!

In his too-short career this artist re-established the accordian as a serious instrument and set the bar very high for any who come after him. Well done! RIP 🙏

I had no idea this was even possible on an accordion. Amazing

I love the smug old man in the background as much as I love the playing! Nights like this make it worth being an insomniac.

Never heard this instrument played with his level of artistic instrumentality. It was nice that he invited the Senior Citizen and Napping Society.

This guy can be explained mathematically as follows: Good genes + supportive parenting + good pedagogy + discipline + passion => Alexander Sevastian I discovered him last night. He played Bach's Dm Toccata better than 90% of organists I've heard. He has perfect technique, incredible musicianship, knowledge of orchestration, and an infectious and palpable love of music. What a loss to humanity for him to die at 42!

Nice playing as always. I like the clean sound of Alexander's accordion. Obviously the lady on the right of the screen found it relaxing too.

If you like the Piazzolla piece, there is much more you can find and listen to. (Especially, "Libertango") Interestingly, Piazzolla (considered the "master of the tango") himself played a bandoneon which is a type of concertina.
