Moonstone will age better than a lot of other cards. The problem it has is that there aren’t a lot of good ongoing cards that reach at the costs she wants Victoria hand and patriot are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head but I imagine more cards like that will be printed 😊

Shes definitely going to get better as time goes on however she does have a pretty decent home in the Quin + Victoria decks, C6 decks (surprisingly good), as well as any Ravonna decks. Ravonna and her in a single lane is 2 less cost for 0 power and less cards allowing you to do things like Iron Man + Mystique + Sage/IronHeart/Cassandra (though late turn) or Morph on turn 5 which you can then drop something like Odin if leaning to cards like Sage or Onslaught if pure Ongoing. It also lets you do some shenanigans with the goblins having a 3 cost Hobgoblin or 1 cost GreenGob. Cards that can act as a 2nd card like Mystique, Iron Lad, or even Frigga for a 2nd copy is always strong imo. Although narrowed to 1-3 cost cards I think Moonstone is a very strong enabler for many decks. Is she absolutely required right now? Probably not but shes strong enough to be a good slot and can only go up from here.

I think Moonstone should be viewed a good support card for Patriot, Spectrum and other ongoing based decks, but it will age very well and reach meta defining levels somewhere in the future.

You know what would save snap?! Physical cards we can collect! Just imagine a whole “starter kit” set that comes with a nice background mat, timer, snap button, energy and score tracker, all the starter cards and a few og locations cards. Then you can buy packs that come with like 5-10 cards, always guaranteed a premium variant, and 1-2 locations.

A helpful pick for C6 decks to have more options for curve: Slot in Miles Morales + either Peni Parker or Jeff + Hulkbuster. Peni allows 5 power on turn 4 to drop cards like Iron Man or Blue Marvel (makes it a C7) early as well as her or JeffBuster allowing a move to reduce Miles to a 1 cost.

@ if you’re a patriot fan, I say she’s def can easy cube stealer. I’m having fun with usagent and luke cage combos too. Also trying an annihlus and sentry combo with it too. Gambit and super Skrull seems to be the only potential issue if you can avoid the red guardian splash. So I’ve also added super skrull and echo for some counters

To the mystique question, patriot -> mystique -> moonstone counts as 4 buffs, patriot -> moonstone -> mystique only gives you 3. Always mystique after Patriot if you have them both.

The Nocturne variant is bad but the Black Swan variant is probably the worst variant I've ever seen. I despise it. So of course Moonstone took me four keys and I got both of those awful things.

I got +700 boosters with nocturne, when they removed a single power idk why I stopped playing her. You know all those annoying locations you just want to turn off? A last minute change from onslaught citadel when they got Ironman there?? Poof gone, yeah it can end in their favor but nocturne has won more games than lost. Swan is great in bounce/hitmonkey/thanos and I liked her on reveal better, especially with beast but an activate is great as long as you get her out before turn 4, after dont play unless you got no other options

I grabbed this card cuz i wanted the Nocturne variant. After testing her for hours. Is good (like maybe a 3'5/5) but very niche. The best cards to duplicate are by far Mystique, Patriot and Victoria Hand Good cards to duplicate: Quinjet, Ant-Man, Dazzler and Speed (Pim Arrow too but you need luck to create it) Copium cards to duplicate: Mojo, USAgent, Strong Guy, Cap America and Punisher

So I may have broke the game, or the interaction is bugged, or perhaps it's a weird interaction I don't understand... So here's the situation: I played antman, dazzler and thought I would play mystique after moonstone to copy multiples of antman and dazzler. This did not happen. Mystique seemed to cancel out moonstone and turn off the ability all together..... Can someone explain this interaction? Or if it's a bug?

Moonstone on Ravonna if you don't draw Negative makes all the cards cost two less, so it can win a lot more games it woulda lost that way. Not to mention Mystique is in there to copy the big ones if one really needs them on Moonstone.

I never wait for the data as only sheep do that. Ask only two questions to yourself: what is the potential of the deck, and how often will i meet this potential. You'd know straight away if you need it. This card will absolutely dominate in patriot decks. Tribunal decks far to easy to counter atm

@@rischmoller1 yes that's why it's confusing that he says it'll be better at 5 cost. Second, her ability is not underwhelming. You can watch some more content to see if you still think that - but I'll give an example, moonstone + antman alone = 5/15. (i.e. 4/10 moonstone + 1/5 antman). Not counting the other 2 cards their with. Devil Dino is 5/19 max. Infinaut is 6/20. Blue Marvel is 5/12 Max. Also She can't get Shang chi'd if she gets to 10+ power if Colossus is in her lane.

Keys were easy this time, cause I had 4 and didn't have any of the cards. Next week it's just bullseye with Tokens, cause i own the other 2.

Hi Alex! So I just had a crazy interaction in a game and feel like I need to tell because it’s a bug - I drew copy cat, and she copied the opponents absorbing man. So my copy cat is an absorbing man. I played silver sable, and then copy catted the silver sable (so copy cat was absorbing man) and it stole 72 power from my opponents card…. I instantly retreated cause that is wild work. What the heck was that

Anti venom is just a good midrange card. I dunno what you have, but I'd def run shadow king and luke cage with him. Shang chi and iron man are good to run with hin. You could do a mystique/devil dinosaur thing.
