Bosch Hammer Drill Repair Bosch GBH 2-26 DFR
I have this hammer drill from a friend who gave it to me because it wasnt working anymore and he knew I can fix it. In the end it has been an easy repair because the baring from the armature rotor has broken. I replaced the bearing from armature but not the carbon brushes because it's wasn't necessary.
I used Liqui Moly LM 47 lithium long life grease because it's much more sticky and helps to lubricate the gearbox better.

Thank-you for showing me the greasing of the gears. Also, thank-you for showing me to build a worn down stator with steel glue. I have learned from you, I will apply thhese principles to my own hammer drill issues. 😀👍

Щетки сразу не освободил, переключатель режимов не снял, поршень из цилиндра не достал - так и помыл. Сразу видно, что автор разбирает перфоратор первый раз в своей жизни. Спасибо за смелость!

The Ingersoll Rand 114GQC Air Hammer kzbin.infoUgkxqqoaX03nrziKwF7Bjjcc71YzLEleMvOS was just the tool I needed. I Use it to remove stuck bolts. If held at the right angle you can cut slightly into the bolt. Then turn the air hammer to where it will hammer the stuck bolt to unspin the bolt. Given a little practice it works great. This air hammer gives you the control needed to get the job done right. Very powerful yet still does not seem to have as much vibration as other guns I have used. One of the best I have gotten my hands on.

When i heard it run i thought a winding had cooked. The bearing was a lucky break. That thing looked new inside excepting the bearing.

сделал все четко .ничего лишнего.повреждение лакового покрытия устранил.рассыпавшийся подшипник заменил. Т.О. сделал......и без пи3дежи.....и все понятно

Yes I used even for impact driver.

Liquid oil is poured into the large compartment and so the perforator should warm up with great piston wear.

Remove the mode selector switch first by pressing the red button all the way in and rotating the knob to the 7 o’clock position where it will just pull off. You can then remove the front housing leaving the entire gearbox and striker assembly in place. It will save you a *lot* of time.

Не, лучше взгляни видео по разборке GBH2-26 на канале того же Александр М. Брест. Он разбирает их правильно, способами, исключающими какие-либо ошибки, обращает внимание на то, что ещë стоило бы проверить заодно. Редуктор, например, так не открывается, его надо по-другому открывать. Щëточный узел надо снимать до того, как ты вытаскиваешь ротор. В общем, взгляни более толковые видео.

Schönes Video! Ich hab einen PBH 240 RE, der die Sicherung hat fliegen lassen und wollte den auseinander nehmen, allerdings bekomme ich den Anker nicht rausgezogen. Ein paar Millimeter geht, aber dann klemmt irgendwas. Lässt sich dann auch nicht mehr drehen. Wenn ich ihn wieder nach hinten drücke, dreht er auch wieder. Wenn ich ihn drehend raus ziehe, dreht er erst leicht, und dann nur noch so rastenweise (wenn ich leicht ziehe), und dann gar nicht mehr. Ist da irgendwo noch was, das den Anker drinnen hält? Kann leider nicht richtig rein schauen, da ja das Lüfterrad auf der Achse sitzt und dan ist da noch ne Plastikabdeckung dahinter, die ich zwar bissel los machen kann, aber wegen dem Lüfterrad eben nicht abnehmen. Und die versperrt die Sicht...
