I'm shaking 😅 I'm not in a good shape, so I did 2kg for the whole workout. Just can't do the crunches and still doing my pushups at an angle against a wall. Thanks for all the good content you share

It depends on the rest of your workout schedule. Have you considered following my actual dumbbell plan in my app, so you don’t need to think about these things? ☺️👊💪

Thanks Alex, that was great! By the second round already had trouble lifting the weights above my head! By the 3rd couldn't do it all the way only a quarter of the way above my head. 😪 But, Consistancy I guess. Ever since I leard how to properly keep my Ab's tight (The right terms escaping me) It's so hard to remember to do and keep them tenced. 😖 I will probably come back to this one. Thanks again! From 🇨🇦
