Thanks Alex, that was great! By the second round already had trouble lifting the weights above my head! By the 3rd couldn't do it all the way only a quarter of the way above my head. 😪 But, Consistancy I guess. Ever since I leard how to properly keep my Ab's tight (The right terms escaping me) It's so hard to remember to do and keep them tenced. 😖 I will probably come back to this one. Thanks again! From 🇨🇦
