I'm impressed with how fast you can take the bumper off with the wheels on and the cars on the ground. I took mine off yesterday with the car in the air and wheels off but it still took me all morning... Whoever decided those screws behind the arch liner were a good idea gets a trophy 🏆

Was actually looking at the other 2 videos of this GT yesterday, great to see it finished. Beautiful red paint job. I love the GT design on the outside and inside, the only thing that puts me off is that vertical center console off the 147, looks too basic hatchback for the sporty design of the GT.

Thoroughly enjoyed watching your restoration of the GT. my JTS is the same colour and also suffers from the clear coat breaking down. I plan to attempt to improve it when the weather gets a bit better. If I may ask Neil, in the first video you pointed out the sill corrosion caused by incorrect jacking. Did you patch over it as mine has the same issue?

Good job, and congrats for saving this car. I am looking to buy one myself but left side driving wheel as i live in Romania. The price for these 3.2 v6 are rising monthly and it's hard to find a GT under 100.000 km at a decent price.

Can anyone help plz I recently purchased a Alfa gt cloverleaf 1.8 petrol 2008 and the engine management light comes on and off so I plugged in my fault reader and it says Miss fire on cylinder 2 but it certainly does not feel like it’s miss firing and I drive 70 miles a day to work and bk ? I clear the code and the management light goes off then reappears a few hundred miles later but sometimes goes off without me clearing it ??? Any ideas anyone??? Regards to all , craig

Hi I’ve owned a few Alfa’s from my first a sud and my last was a gtv 6 ( which I’m gutted I let go but needed a family car). I’m now thinking I would like another Alfa but I don’t know what to go for? Been thinking of a gtv 6 again or a brera v6 as I love the engine sound. If anyone could advise me on anything else similar (has to be a Alfa obviously) I would be greatful. I understand these cars are getting older but so am I. I don’t really want a dog and I don’t mind paying a little extra for a good one. Many thanks in advance 👍

I wasn’t that bothered about it’s value in the future really. I just love Alfa’s and always been drawn to them. I can’t even say why but I always have been. I loved my gtv even though everyone ribbed me at the time for buying it lol. Thanks for your reply though and I think I may keep searching for a gtv! The green gtv you had in your shop looked very similar to mine on a s plate but I can’t remember what the rest of my plate was as I’ve never seen another 1 in that colour other than mine 🤷
