@wind016 Everyone at a car show knows what an Alpha Romeo Gulia is, and that's what they will know this as, despite it being a completely re-engineered car that's 20% larger. They will know it's a special Gulia, but they wont know how special it is until they inspect it closer, and/or ask about it. The Gulia is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful cars ever produced, and this one takes that up about ten notches. It will steal the show, for sure.

Steve Saleen did what Hennessy has done, and arguably did it better, 20 years ago. As great as this Alfa is, and I truly love it, it’s not innovative either. jealousy is always in americans' fragile minds and egos. many rich kids could never muster the passion, energy, and will to do what this guy has done. rich or not.

@@irondome7334 Its a reality that someone that age could never do this without massive financial backing. The tooling and materials alone are in the millions. Its beautiful work and craftsmanship that shows what can be achieved when money is no object.

Sounds like a V6. Love the sound of a really good V6. The sheer attention to detail and the effort he put in to retain as much of the look and feel of the original, but modernized is just such a pleasure to see. I can totally understand why people are willing to pay whatever amount he asks for one of these. It's absolutely stunning and each car is bespoke. There's nothing quite as good for hooking the attention of a rich person than telling them that they can spend more money to have a 1 of 1 car with everything customized to their preference.

I think it's too much engine for that car. Would be better with a high rpm n/a 4 cyl. Car would be even lighter.

I think the 400hp configuration is perfect and shouldn't bother with more.
