Good video. I think it would be worth mentioning the two stops at the top that are adjusted on a 10mm nut. The stops that regulate the windows height and final angle.

And the adjustment on the rails that tilt the glass in and out. I made a 4mm guage to set those and the gap for the glass to the B pillar side.

TABRAO does this also impact movement in the window? My window regulator works fine but I guess due to window being pushed over time to shut the door. The window jiggles a bit in its position, east and west

another great video Neil, question, for you my passenger side window is lined with scratches like its touched something inside the door. i will replace the glass at some point, can i just lift the glass out once disconnected from regulator and then replace? also any idea why it would be scratched ? thanks

Love your videos! Thank you for taking the time to do them 😊 I have a late 2001 GTV, my passenger side (RHD) window goes down sometimes but really struggles and gives up when coming back up. Had a referb motor fitted to it and it seemed to work fine for a couple of weeks before this happened. Also the auto drop on the driver's door doesn't always work, needing me to press the window up botton before I shut the door to make the window drop down before closing, would this be the micro switch?

Hi yes it should be the switch try adjusting it. Also grease the runners.

Hi. I have a 2000 series 2 model. This doesn't have auto drop right? Recently my passenger window seems to be higher and doesn't sit in the top rubber. Can the height of the glass be adjusted as well? It suddenly seems to go too high. I'm wondering if somebody tried to get in.
