I had place an order at GearBest since the 2nd Nov., 2016. Since then I have been waiting for it to be dispatch. They keep saying that they are waiting for that stock to arrive. Maybe Alfawise is trying to correct any bugs or problems with their product or maybe not. When I ask them if they can give an estimate. When that stock might arrive. They say it might take 7- 15 days but they can't estimate when. They did give me an option to replace the item with something else. I prefer to wait for my item at GearBest. I only hope GearBest would not disappoint me because this first time I had place an order with GearBest as a new customer with them. If it was not for this KZbin video. I wouldn't know about GearBest. This will be a wonderful gift for my mother and me.

I am in the same situation like you. I think the producers, and the sellers are using our money in between. The delay time for me was unbearably, and after they try to convince me twice I have to call them LYERS AND THEAFS because it is not ok to advertise something you do not have in stock. After many disputes, they understand that I cannot be foolish and canceled my order. Please notice that some users have some problems already with the Bluetooth... The warranty is suspicious. I wonder if they can repair the product because they do not have enough components to assemble new products to cover the so-called HIGH DEMANDS OF THE MARKET. Now I am reading all the reviews and try to understand if it is worth taking into consideration this product or chose something from another market or producer...I work hard for my money and do not throw them away .

i have the same h96 pro+ and i have also minix A2 air mouse keyboard. whenever i connect the dongle of the air mouse i lose the sound output from HDMI and the sound played in remote control. kindly let me know how to stop microphone and sound in the remote control.

Just asking this but the manufacture of the Alfawise H96 Pro+ Android TV Box know that Kodi 17 is still in the beta stage or is unstable. They should install the final version of Kodi 16 which is reliable. If they want to have customers to buy.

Dan D When I got mind last year. They pre-installed Kodi 16 but it will update itself from Google Play Store to Kodi 17. I don't know if they pre installed Kodi 17 after Feb 01 update. Yes it is rooted. I have no problems with Android TV Box so far. I suggest you use your HDMI cable or buy the latest HDMI cable on the market that can provide HDR signal. Also a provide enough space underneath for the Android TV Box to breath because the vents for box is on the base of it. Other than it is great so far.

Hello please write the country where you live because it will help other buyers to undestand how GearBest treat their clients and if there are hidden factory problems I think we need to know in wich contries they deliver the bad products. It is impossible to pay a brand new product with problems, They are selling us this device wiht bad atitude.

I've got this yesterday, direct order from China. I've replaced Kodi 17 with Kodi 16.1 stable. The firmware name has 'test keys' in its name, so some apps detect it as rooted. I cannot find any support page for firmware downloads, but it has its own update App. So far the Kodi, Mobdro work fine. 3GB ram is amazing, most of time only use 40-50% of it.

I am in the same situation, and because of their mistake 2 friends have change their mind and do not pay the product in advance. They do not have the product in stock and try to convince you to extend the delivery time. Mu delivery time was delayed 2 times...and they continue to modify the terms of the delivery. I have warned them to respect their promises and behave properly...I realy belive that the product is aut of stock for the European market.

Yes I can read external hard drives, but remember it has no USB 3.0 port so those external hard drives that require USB 3.0 for optimal data transfer speed will only work at the reduces USB 2.0 speed.

From what I gather most of the, if not all of the S912 TV boxes is missing the H.265 decoder. I just received a new Beelink TV box 2GB 32GB, looks promising, I will do the review soon could wait and then make a decision.

Sorry to say, TV boxes like these are not like your regular phones that updates itself, you will have to get an OTA update, or firmware update from the manufacturer to get that. Android OS updates means that they will have to reprogram the entire box.

Best is a word I am learning to stay away from. what you need is a good TV box to run 4k videos and Kodi. I would recommend the Beelink GT1 Ultimate, Alfawise H96 pro+. a couple others just let me know

You will not see it there until about another month or two, the company that provides these boxes are in pre-sale orders at this point in time, and are not on Amazon. They are due to start shipping in March 2nd due to orders from various sites, and stock will be limited. What I am seeing on the UK adapter is Model- AL-520WA Input: 100-240VAC 0.3A 50/60HZ Output DC5V .... 2500mA What I noticed is that all the adapters have all the same ratings which mean in can work in any counter, what's different is the plug pins connectors. I too live in the US region and sometimes I get a EU or UK plug all work in my country, all get is an pin converter( it has no circuitry in it, just a pin converter) and all the adapter works the HZ in my country which is 60Hz. So you are safe the adapters work anywhere, just select the correct box for your region which would EU in your case.
