I purchased one and its been a nightmare, when it does start and thats not to often the Tv screen keep flashing on and off constantly ever few seconds the only time it doesn't flash is on the main, I have tried it on 2 4K tv's with the same issue, tried with different HDMI cables different HDMI Ports with no luck either I got a dud or these are crap.

Is this box capable of making video calls if I connect a USB that came to it I am very much new to Android boxes and don't have much knowledge about them would you please suggest me what USB camera to connect if Videocon link works on this I'm talking about applications like Skype or Tango

Hey Mae nice review. May I ask a few questions? What controller are you using for emulation as I have the android 6.0 version of this box and not sure what to use, want to setup nes/snes stuff. Just could not get my 360 wired controller going with retroarch Do you know where to get a new power supply as I got mine from a friend the in the states so only have a us power cable. The price shows 92 AUD is your pricing for US viewers?

The generic launchers included are pretty universally bad but easily replaced with one like Nova Launcher from Play Store. I have not seen one I would keep in place in any review.

Upgraded mine to the latest 7.1.2. DTS still NOT working... shame. Install different version of KZbin app and 4K streaming works fine.

This is probably one of the most disappointing purchases I've made. I have a Nexus Player which is true Android TV. It is missing some apps like Discovery and BTN2GO etc. So I tried this Android box with a TV layout. It was so SLOW!! The interface and remote are so slow. My 4 year old Nexus PLayer is so much faster and smooth. I was ok to get used to that until I tried my first app. The remote has to be used in Mouse mode to use any of the apps. The usability of the apps on this device is AWFUL! Had to return it and use my Roku for the missing apps and Nexus Player for other apps. Not sure how anyone can use that interface on a daily basis.

Mine did too. I can see red light in the back proving its getting power but no blue lights and no boot up. Simply won't turn on.

It comes with a weak power supply. Get a beefier PSU and it should work fine.
