Thanks for the video! Nevermind the camera quality, the content is important and it is helpful to see real experience after a year. Your heatbed looks different to the stock one (the glass side) - is that a custom cut glass or something? Mine is slightly curved in the center with a little "hill" on the black sheet side or a dip when looking from the glass side. It doesn't cause any larger issues, but I haven't printed larger prints yet. I might get myself a mirror cut into the heatbed shape eventually in some local glass shop. The Y axis rough sound may actually not be just the Y-axis caused... I have had the printer for just 2 months, just to find out an interesting thing only last week: Right after I assembled the printer, before even the first print, I upgraded the firmware to the latest 2.17. I then started printing from SD card, but soon I also begun printing via USB cable directly from Cura (4.4+), as it appeared far more convenient, at least for short prints. I quickly realized that printing via USB was pretty quiet and smooth, but from SD card, any curved movements, or more specifically, any movements divided into many smaller segments changing direction caused the bed vibrate or even rumble like crazy! I couldn't explain the difference between that and smooth USB printing in any other way than a difference in gcode commands processing and queueing by the firmware. But I didn't try to change the firmware right away, as I couldn't believe it would make a difference. So, I have sticked with USB printing for a while. Then, I soon realized the USB printing from Windows machine is not exactly stable, there were occasional halts during printing, leaving blobs of material anywhere. Those interrupts were usually caused by re-opening the closed Cura window, or by a screensaver kicking in.. However, some Vase mode prints just got stuck at the same spot. This was driving me crazy... Coincidentially, my friend bought the very same U30 printer. When I saw his printer printing smooth from SD card, even the very same Gcode where my printer vibrated, shaked and rumbled, I felt both desperate and with a little hope. I have located the original 2.15 firmware and flashed it in my printer. Guess what - the vibrations and rumble were GONE! It's clearly some BUG in the later firmware! The printer was actually built by Longer3D, it's a re-branded LK2 model. The company has a FB group with some apparent activity, so it's highly likely there might be some comments and answers to this problem (but I don't use FB..). Anyway, I'm sticking with the original firmware until I find more info. I may try the 2.16 one to see if it exhibits the problem. Eventually, I may try a Marlin 2 firmware at some time in future. Guys around lesimprimantes3d.fr forum managed to get it working on U20/U30 models - see www.lesimprimantes3d.fr/forum/topic/18260-dev-alfawise-u20x-u30-marlin-2x-firmware-alternatif/

@@soumyadastidar8732 The available firmware downloads are linked from the Alfawise product page www.alfawise.com/collections/office-fun/products/alfawise-u30-2-8-inch-touch-screen-diy-desktop-3d-printer There are versions 2.15, 2.16 and 2.17 zip files downloadable www.dropbox.com/sh/boksnhz92ccy35w/AACN7H1sHRddch1XQwe8E2UXa/U30?dl=0&subfolder_nav_tracking=1 I'm currrently on 2.15 and the movements are smooth and quiet. I will try 2.16 in upcoming days, but 2.17 is certainly problematic, I won't be using it. As for the glass bed - I thought it could also be the black mat removed... thanks for the info!
