Hi there. 👋 To be honest i don't remember if those were the categories, or even if they existed at the time 🤔 We just asked for a room with a view, but usually we try to go a little upscale if the price is worth it. If you're going, i wish you a fabulous time 🍾🕺😎 I hope that helps 👍

Excellent vid of your weekend. I am off for my first visit to the Algarve on the 19th June. Same hotel for 7 days, so me and my wife our looking forward to our stay. Some very good points on your review bro, enjoyed you're relaxed manner and good sense of humor during your vid. This is it a late honeymoon present to each other. Again thank you for your review.

WE are "shopping" for Algarve hotel for our 20th anniv. and was considering the Hotel you stayed in...Not sure, but we might stick with tourist-infested Albufeira for our teenagers because it's prob. not as "boring" -- we like your video because it's sure more PEACEFUL than the Strip :D

Hi There, Thanks for viewing :). The Algarve has lots of fine hotels, but i´m not sure many can beat the location. It´s a great place for couples. Very high class and romantic for the price. Send your kids to their auntie or granny's. Aniversaries are for couples only man. What are you thinking? 😁😁😁 For kids, yeah.. Albufeira is the most fun unfortunately...

@@John_Neves Yeah, I get it :) BUT, since our honeymoon was also in Lisbon+Algarve...We will take them with us and they can go out on their own too LOL... Esp. our 1st born's birthday will be on 25 of April (hence the Lisbon bridge and we'll book a cruise there!) Are there options to book excursions as well such as going to Sagres etc from Cavoeiro? I only know Albuferia.

@@cyrano24100 Very nice program :) From carvoeiro, you have some cruses to the caves i mention on the end of the video, but the best cruses will mostly leave albufeira. These guys are good: algarexperience.com/ Been with them a few times, no affiliation. I like there services. The islands of olhao and faro are also very nice for a visit if you haven't seen them before. You can book tours in Olhao, which is also quite famous for its restaurants. Its a nice program for the day, and i'm sure the teens will also appreciate it. You can also charter a yacht in Vilamoura for this, but ensure you have deep pockets :) It is however a great luxury, once in a lifetime, experience... Much better than just going on a "traditional" fishing boat or catamaran filled with other people. Very expensive, but a fantastic anniversary surprise for the misses, I'm guessing. Always lots to do in the Algarve. If you need info from a local, just give me a shout and I'll help out if i can ;) And no, i'm not trying to sell you my services 😁😁 It's just a pleasure to help out ;) Hopefully someday i'll have my channel filled with cool stuff to do in the Algarve. That's my goal at least ;) Have fun and happy anniversary.
