When spraying water borne products you can thin by 10% and experiment with different nozzle size.. I did not remember if there was a way to adjust airflow.. I have a Fuji HVLP system that I have used to spray all paint products..

I know I'm an old stick-in-the-mud but I just don't feel convinced by these sorts of spray guns, but keep us posted about this product Tom - I'd like to know how you feel about it in a year or two. In the meantime mate, thanks so much for showing us. Cheers mate.

Hi Mark. The more I use these, the more I like them. They are good for specific things. I wouldn't paint my house with one for for some furniture they work really well. Often brushed paint jobs look like brushed paint jobs.

How does this type of sprayer compare to the metal pot type you attach to an air compressor.

I think they are comparable but I don't have a lot of experience with the metal ones. Its easier to find an outlet rather than using a compressor. I do have a metal one so maybe I'll test it out in the future. Thanks.
