beta+ is not just 1 mutation - it's any mutation that has reduced amount/function of beta globin. Many different mutations belong to this group. They reduce beta globin function to different degrees and therefore can have different levels of severity.

In diagnosis you have written High RBC Distribution Width, I believe it should be normal in case of Thalassemia (at least in Thalassemia minor), shouldn't it?

I say There is no cure. Yes BMT is possible but the chances are so less to survive. only regular blood transfusion is best option atleast they can survive a bit longer
