If I want to make 12 pieces, instead of 6, using the same amount of dough, and process; can I do that? Also what is the purpose of dividing the dough into 3 portions in the beginning? Can I do more or less? Like divide into 2? Or 4?

Hi, yes you can do 12 pieces with same amount of dough and process, just make it thinner then you surely can do it! ❤️❤️🥰🥰 The purpose of dividing dough is to make the layers. You can divide into 2, 4 might be a bit too much. 🥰🥰💖💖 thank you for liking and supporting

Wow, the buns look very soft. Next time try to use Dental Floss / 牙线 to cut thd dough, much easier and prettier. Too bad that I just baked a Bread Roll, will try your recipe next time. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Hi, 🤗🌹💖in the dough, if you use salted butter, no need to add salt. Salted butter is generally 1.5% salt, in this recipe, in addition to butter used in the dough, butter is also used in the filling, so if you use salted butter, no salt is needed in this recipe . At the same time, try to reduce some fillings, because I consider that your salted butter will be too salty and not balanced with the overall milky sweetness.

Hi, thank you for like my video! The minimum amount of yeast in this recipe is 3g. 2g is seem too less, it probably will make the fermentation very slow. 🥰🥰💖💖🌹
