I like how you draw the distinction between foods that are anchoring could actually be destabilizing. Food is great place to start when addressing PMS! Thanks for creating this video!

I've just working with my cycle as a way to be more mindful and intuitive in my life and body. I am currently in my luteal phase, which is picked this video. I'm excited to watch the video you recommended. This is very helpful.

This perimenopause Sucks! I'm exhausted! Im in day 31 of my cycle. My luteal phase is usually very short. I'm tired! I want to start my period again so I can get back to my energy.

So, during the luteal phase, can i give into my larger appetite and cravings, given i eat high quality foods?

I know your question was posted a while ago, but yes - since we burn more calories we will need more high quality foods.

Vitex can be safe for middle aged women, but def check with your doctor. Did you end up trying it? How did it work?

100 grams of carbs is a lot! That is not Keto! I would probably do better going back on keto.

This was helpful to hear! A word of advice, though, I think this video would have been easier and more enjoyable to consume if it was broken up into parts. It's a bit overwhelming to be given all the information without any breaks.

Ladies you can watch this as many times as you need, take notes! I’ve been cycle syncing for the last 9months and it’s hard work but it’s absolutely worth it. Everything in this video is true and it works but it’s a gradual process that takes time and determination. This is amazing advice for us women but you need to listen to your body as well as experimenting. It’s an intentional way to live and rewarding. I watch this so many times during my Luteal phase because it takes time to absorb all the info and I take notes. Ps kombucha is a great substitute for booze 😉
