This perimenopause Sucks! I'm exhausted! Im in day 31 of my cycle. My luteal phase is usually very short. I'm tired! I want to start my period again so I can get back to my energy.

Ladies you can watch this as many times as you need, take notes! I’ve been cycle syncing for the last 9months and it’s hard work but it’s absolutely worth it. Everything in this video is true and it works but it’s a gradual process that takes time and determination. This is amazing advice for us women but you need to listen to your body as well as experimenting. It’s an intentional way to live and rewarding. I watch this so many times during my Luteal phase because it takes time to absorb all the info and I take notes. Ps kombucha is a great substitute for booze 😉
