Thanks for making this video Jenn. I appreciate that you mention burn out throughout the phases. I do have trouble resting in the bleed phase. This was a great reminder for me.

Me too. I should be resting and I feal like I have to be doing something so I'm still a busy body around the house.

@@AR-mu4zq I’ve gotten a lot better at resting since I mentioned that. I found that finding an seated activity that I really enjoy helps me just rest and relax!

I REALLY appreciate that you include those of us who do not bleed for various reasons, especially those who take birth control. for years I've been interested in understanding my feminine cycle, but I was told over & over that birth control is "bad" and that was the end of the conversation. I've felt very cut-off. I'm really excited to learn more about my physical & energetic needs throughout the month & I love that you include ways to understand this for women on birth control. Thank you.

thanks for shedding some light on using organic cotton tampons. also the seed cycling ... in this phase is pumpkin seeds and sesame , right?

I know this answer is coming late - pumpkin seeds and flax seeds are for the menstrual and follicular phase. And sesame seeds and sunflower seeds are supportive for the ovulatory and luteal phase.
