I love that you mention to "be outward" in the follicular phase. It really made the think about the way I'm planning my business tasks. I'll remember this in my next follicular phase!

I seem to be backwards compared to most women. My energy levels are highest just before and during my period, then drops dramatically during and after ovulation. I don’t feel much bloating or breast tenderness during my period, but do when I’m ovulating. This makes it tricky to know what to do when, since my body doesn’t follow the norm.

Me the same!!! I wish more information about women like us. I feel terrible and even depressive on follicular and during ovulation - after it I feel much better

In my late 30's this is now the worst time in my cycle. It's like post-period PMS, lol. And I actually feel the best just before my period. Weird!

I'm also on my late 30s and I feel the worst now just before my period. Fatigued, tired, extreme low energy, just want to crawl in bed and stay there. It did not used to be like this for me.

I am 28 and this last cycle I had I was not in a great high mood so then my mind started asking well what’s wrong? :( sorry to hear that you’re going through it!

I hate me during the follicular phase. I feel exhausted from just getting off my period. I know I should feel amazing but I dont!!

Curious if you grind the seeds, and if so I imagine this is a daily requirement so that they are freshest?
