In this No Limit Hold Em Poker VLOG I am playing Texas Hold Em at The Commerce Casino in Los Angeles. Most of my VLOGs are from playing at the Hustler Casino in Los Angeles. Poker is a game played by well known professionals like like Phil Ivey, Tom Dwan, Garrett Adelstein, Phill Hellmuth, Mariano, Rampage Poker, Nick Vertucci, Ryan Feldman, Ryusuke, Doug Polk, Sashimi Poker, Nik Airball and Mr Beast have played. We pay timed rake in the form of a collection pot, and we tip as we go. The dealers have a very good hourly here… 😅

that first KJ hand when you cbet and get raised on QTxr with backdoors, you said "nothing to do but call" - you sure about that? This is obviously faaar from solver approved, but weaker live players love to randomly raise with weak showdown hands like small qx or tx and you can make them fold 40-60% equity with a 3bet relatively often, I've been doing that quite a lot. Plus, you get to show a bluff if they fold, to make sure that you get paid next time you get a monster

btw I dont really understand the rationale behind raising so small pre in those splash pots, my instinct would be to raise around pot, so around 1350 first in, especially in such a loose passive game

I think you’re just being results oriented when you say to 3b the flop. You also contradict yourself when you say weaker players raise top pairs, it doesn’t make much sense.

I would bet/shove an ace river for the exact same reason I DON'T bet my top pair here on the river - Dr H has a lot of Tx.
